meet brittany

Brittany is a dedicated BCBA with a passion for guiding aspiring behavior analysts through their coursework and professional development. With a background in Communication Science and Disorders from the College of Saint Rose, Brittany initially set her sights on becoming a Speech Language Pathologist. However, a pivotal role as a teacher's assistant in a classroom for individuals with autism shifted her focus toward Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), sparking a lifelong interest in behavior science and communication challenges.

As a BCBA, Brittany gained a diverse range of experience across multiple settings, including one-to-one therapy ABA centers, residential schools for individuals with autism, and alternative schools for individuals with mental health diagnoses. She currently works in an elementary public school, where she leverages her expertise to create engaging learning experiences for both her students and those she supervises. Her comprehensive experience offers invaluable insights that aspiring BCBAs can apply directly to their coursework and future careers.

Brittany's approach to supervision blends real-world applications with ABA theory, ensuring that those under her guidance gain practical, hands-on knowledge that will enhance their learning journey. Whether it's tackling challenging coursework or preparing for real-world situations, Brittany offers the mentorship and support that aspiring BCBAs need to succeed.

Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her family—her husband, two children, and their dog. They love hiking, watching movies, traveling, and seeking new adventures together. When time allows, Brittany enjoys reading to further expand her knowledge in ABA and beyond.
