Sherrel has dedicated over a decade to refining her expertise and deepening her understanding in the field. Recognized not just for her expertise but also for her respected status in the field. She regularly wrote for W3RKWELL's blog, sharing insights that advance the company's goal of enhancing workplace well-being and organizational behavior management. As an engaging speaker, she presented with the W3RKWELL team at the 45th annual ABAI conference, captivating the audience with her deep knowledge of behavior analysis and workplace wellness.

Sherrel is more than a theorist; she's a practitioner. She skillfully navigates complex curriculums like PEAK and dives into methodologies like Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). Her most significant achievement, however, is her role as a mentor, helping others master these sophisticated areas.

For nearly 11 years, Sherrel was a vital part of the Emerald Coast Autism Center, leading a team of Registered Behavior Technicians. Now, she has embarked on a new path as a remote clinical supervisor and university instructor, teaching the fundamentals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to eager students. Her passion inspires future behavior analysts, making their educational journey both rewarding and enjoyable.
