Introducing Julie, a seasoned expert in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over a decade of impactful experience. Her career in ABA began at a treatment center, motivated by her commitment to enhancing therapeutic approaches for children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Julie's dedication deepened as she witnessed the positive impacts of ABA, inspiring her to innovate and elevate therapeutic practices.

Holding a master’s degree in psychology and ABA, Julie is well-versed in the complexities of human mind, behavior, and motivation. Since receiving her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2016, Julie has advanced to director roles at two prestigious organizations, showcasing her exemplary leadership and commitment to the field.

Julie is a passionate mentor, excelling in guiding and developing the next generation of behavior analysts. She is committed to nurturing trainee development and advancing our field. Her approach focuses on empowering individuals by fostering skills and advocating for inclusive practices that support all community members.

Beyond her professional life, Julie is an energetic parent to three daughters, enjoying outdoor adventures, creative projects like painting and gardening, and caring for her two beloved pit-bull mixes. She's playfully persuading her husband to expand their family of pets.
